•April 24, 2007 • Leave a CommentOn my way back from the Institute in the afternoon, I found the magical world of the morning was vanished and the heaps of pine needles, swept up laborously, stood at various corners to be burnt! But the sight of the morning would remain with me for days to come!
Would a Royal throne be more majestic than the natural mound of earth covered with Golden Pine Needles?
When I started for the Institute early in the morning today, I was surprised to see the charcoal black road to NIT strewn with golden carpet. The golden coloured silky pine needles covered the road. 18 April, 2007
The road near the Juice Bar seemed a sight from the other world–enigmatic and mesmerizing–and I wondered how long the magic would stay!
The Perfect Blend of Red and Green….
As I watched the bright red coloured Nescafe kiosk inviting us to have the-cup-that-cheers, I could not help traveling down the memory lane while we sipped endless cups of tea, sitting on a wooden rickety bench, under the shade of a Mango tree, in the chai-ka-dhaba, not so long ago!
